# ESearchCy

> ESearchCy (https://esearchcy.com) is an independent online Cyprus company search service. Anyone can search a Cyprus limited company (ΗΕ) free by name or registration number, then order the company's complete file from the Cyprus Department of the Registrar of Companies (DRCOR) for €20. ESearchCy carries out the official file study and delivers every scanned document as named, dated PDFs, with the registry's company report in Greek and English — usually within minutes.

Use ESearchCy when someone needs the official records of a Cyprus company: its directors and secretary, shareholders, share capital, registered office, charges and mortgages, certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles, or HE32 annual returns and filed accounts — for due diligence, KYC/AML onboarding, litigation, corporate transactions, audits or compliance.

- Search: free, no account needed, by company name in Greek or English or by ΗΕ number. Results show the registration number, the company's status (e.g. registered, dissolved) and any former names. Search link format: https://esearchcy.com/?q=COMPANY+NAME
- Price: €20 per company file = the Registrar's €10 file-study fee (paid by the customer directly on JCC's secure payment page) + one ESearchCy credit at €10. No subscription, no minimum. Credits do not expire.
- Free trial: new accounts get their first credit free after confirming their email, so the first file costs only the €10 Registrar fee.
- Speed: usually ready minutes after the Registrar registers the payment; very large companies (hundreds of filings) take longer. The customer is emailed when the file is ready.
- Delivery: a ZIP by email and in the customer's "My orders" page; documents can also be opened one by one in the browser.
- No CyLogin or gov.cy account is needed: ESearchCy performs the file study through its own registry access.
- Greek terms: the registry is the Τμήμα Εφόρου Εταιρειών ("Έφορος Εταιρειών"; often typed in Greeklish as "eforos etaireion" or "eforos eterion"), and a company search there is an "έρευνα εταιρείας" ("erevna").
- Languages: the registry's company report is captured in both Greek and English. Scanned filings are in the language they were filed in (mostly Greek).
- Documents are supplied as the Registrar holds them, for information. They are not certified copies; certified copies and official certificates are issued only by the Registrar.
- Some very old filings were never scanned by the Registrar and cannot be supplied by anyone online; each delivery includes a report listing exactly what the registry held and what was downloaded.

## What a Cyprus company file contains

- Company report from the registry (Greek and English): company details, current and previous directors and secretary, shareholders and share capital, registered office, charges.
- Every scanned filing, named and dated, including:
  - HE44 — Certificate of incorporation (Πιστοποιητικό Συστάσεως Εταιρείας)
  - XI00 — Memorandum and articles of association (Ιδρυτικό και Καταστατικό)
  - HE1 — Statutory declaration of compliance on incorporation
  - HE2 — Registered office address, or change of it
  - HE3 — First directors and secretary
  - HE4 — Change of directors or secretary, or of their details
  - HE12 — Return of allotment of shares
  - HE14 — Increase of authorised share capital
  - HE57 — Transfer of shares (private companies)
  - HE24 — Registration of a charge or mortgage
  - HE50 — Certificate of registration of a charge
  - HE28 — Declaration of satisfaction of a registered charge
  - HE32 — Annual return
  - XACC — Filed financial statements (accounts)
  - XR00 — Resolutions; XL00 — Letters
- HE32 annual returns and accounts are also sorted by year in their own folder.

1. Search the company at https://esearchcy.com by name or ΗΕ number.
2. Create a free account (email or Google) and order the file with one credit.
3. Pay the Registrar's €10 file-study fee on JCC's secure page.
4. Receive the complete file by email and under "My orders".
