How to use ESearchCy
ESearchCy retrieves the complete official file of any Cyprus company from the Registrar of Companies (DRCOR) — every scanned filing, officers, share capital, charges and annual returns — in Greek and English.
Getting your company file
- Create an account. Just your email — confirm it and you're ready. There is nothing to set up: we do the research at the registry for you.
- Search. Type a name or its registration number (ΗΕ for a company, Σ for a partnership). Limited companies (ΗΕ) and partnerships (Σ) are shown — the entity types you can order a file for.
- Order. Open a company and place the file-study order. ESearchCy carries out the official search at the registry on your behalf, through its own registry access, and adds the €10 file-study to the basket, verifying the right company before any payment.
- Pay the €10 registry fee. You pay the registry directly through the secure JCC gateway with your own card (3-D Secure on your phone if your bank asks). Nothing is charged until the correct company is confirmed in the basket.
- Receive your file. Minutes later the complete file lands in your inbox as a download link, and stays under My orders in your account — as a ZIP, or opened in the browser document by document. Files stay available for a limited period, then are deleted.
What a company file costs
Two payments, to two different places: the Registrar's €10 file-study fee, which you pay directly to the Registrar on the JCC page, plus one credit at €10, so a complete company file costs €20.00 in total. If an order is cancelled before delivery your credit comes straight back; the €10, once submitted, is with the Registrar.
Until 1 December 2026, your first credit is free when you create an account and confirm your email, so your first file costs only the Registrar's €10.

What is in a Cyprus company file?
The complete record the Registrar of Companies holds for the company: every scanned filing, the current and previous directors and secretary, share capital and shareholders, registered and satisfied charges and mortgages, HE32 annual returns and filed accounts, and the registry's company pages in Greek and English.
How long does it take?
Usually minutes after the Registrar registers your payment. Very large companies with hundreds of filings take longer; the download continues automatically and you are emailed when the file is ready.
Do I need a CyLogin or gov.cy account?
No. ESearchCy carries out the official search at the Registrar through its own registry access. You only need an ESearchCy account and a card to pay the Registrar's €10 fee.
Which companies can I search?
Cyprus limited companies (ΗΕ) and partnerships (Σ), by name in Greek or English or by registration number.
Is ESearchCy the Registrar of Companies?
No. ESearchCy is an independent service, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property. Documents are provided as the Registrar holds them, for information; they are not certified copies.
