1. No professional advice
The Platform retrieves and delivers records from public registers. Nothing on the Platform or in any Deliverable constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice, and no advisory or lawyer-client relationship arises from your use of the Service. Information is provided for general information and record-retrieval purposes only. Before acting on any information obtained through the Service — for example in connection with transactions, disputes, compliance, KYC/AML, or credit decisions — you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
2. Accuracy of registry data
Deliverables are compiled from records maintained by third parties, principally the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property of Cyprus. Public registers can contain errors, omissions, and outdated entries, and there can be delays between an event and its registration. We do not verify, and do not warrant, the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the underlying registry data. The official register and original documents always prevail over our compilations, translations, summaries, or AI-assisted renderings.
3. Not official certified documents
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Deliverables are not certified copies, certificates of good standing, or other official instruments, and may not be accepted where certified documents are required. Certified documents must be obtained from the Registrar directly. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Registrar or any government authority.
4. AI-assisted processing
Where Deliverables or features involve OCR, machine translation, extraction, or summarisation, the AI Usage Notice applies: output may contain errors and must be verified against the source documents.
5. Service "as is"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Delivery times are estimates and depend on third-party registry systems.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and as set out more fully in clause 14 of the Terms of Use:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings;
- we are not liable for losses arising from inaccuracies or delays in public registry data, from reliance on Deliverables or AI output, or from failures of third-party services (registries, hosting, payments) or events beyond our reasonable control;
- our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and €100.
Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and nothing affects mandatory statutory rights of consumers.
7. Your responsibility for onward use
You are solely responsible for how you use, share, and rely on Deliverables, including your own compliance with data protection law when handling personal data of company officers and shareholders contained in them.
