Cyprus company certificates, ordered for you
Banks, courts, notaries and authorities abroad often ask for an official certificate of a Cyprus company. We order it from the Registrar of Companies for you and email you the PDF. No CyLogin, no queue at the Registrar.
Choose the company, the certificates and the speed. Paid with credits, the Registrar's fee included.
Order certificates →Express or standard?
If a bank or a deadline is waiting, choose Express. Both are issued and signed by the Registrar; Express is the Registrar's own fast service.

How it works
- Choose the company. Search by name or ΗΕ number — free, no account needed.
- Pick the certificates. The ones you need, in English, Greek or both, standard or express.
- Order with credits. One credit is €10. The Registrar's fee is included, so there is nothing else to pay.
- Receive the PDF. We place the order with the Registrar and email you the certificate the moment it is issued. It also stays in your account.

Certificate or company file?
A certificate states one fact today, signed by the Registrar — what a bank or court asks for. The company file (€20) is the whole history: every document the company has filed, for due diligence. Many customers take both: the file to understand the company, the certificate that the bank asked for. Which certificate you need is explained in our certificates guide.
Frequently asked questions
Are these official certificates?
Yes. Each certificate is issued and signed by the Registrar of Companies. ESearchCy places the order with the Registrar for you; ESearchCy is not the Registrar.
How long does a certificate take?
With the Registrar's express service, usually 1–2 working days. Without it, the Registrar can take up to 2 months. We email you the certificate the moment it is issued.
How much does a certificate cost?
€40 per certificate (4 credits), or €60 with express (6 credits). The four most requested — incorporation, shareholders, directors and secretary, registered office — are €140 together. No winding-up is €60 and a certified memorandum and articles €150. The Registrar's fee is included.
In which language?
English, Greek, or both. Both languages means two certificates, so twice the price.
Is there a "certificate of incumbency"?
Not by that name at the Registrar. Banks asking for one usually accept the certificates of directors and secretary, shareholders and registered office. Ask the bank what it accepts before you order.
Do I need a CyLogin or a gov.cy account?
No. You need an ESearchCy account; we place the order with the Registrar through our own access.
