How do I search for a Cyprus company?
Type the company name (in Greek or English) or its HE registration number into the search box at the top of this page — a name search or a number search both work. Searching is free and needs no account, and each result shows the registration number, the company's status and any former names. To get the company's full Registrar file, order it from the result.
What is in a Cyprus company file?
Everything the Registrar of Companies holds as scanned documents: the certificate of incorporation (HE44), memorandum and articles of association, first and later directors and secretary (HE3, HE4), registered office (HE2), share allotments and transfers (HE12, HE57), charges and mortgages (HE24, HE50, HE28), HE32 annual returns and filed accounts, resolutions and letters — plus the registry's company report in Greek and English.
What is a Cyprus company extract?
A Cyprus company extract (also called a registry extract or trade register extract) is the record the Registrar of Companies holds on a company. At the Registrar you get it through a file study ("Study File"). The ESearchCy company file is that extract in full: the registry's company report in Greek and English plus every scanned filing, as PDFs. It is not a certified copy; certified extracts and certificates are issued only by the Registrar.
How much does a Cyprus company file cost?

How long does it take to get the file?
Usually minutes after the Registrar registers your payment. Very large companies with hundreds of filings take longer; the download continues automatically and you are emailed when the file is ready.
How can I find the directors and shareholders of a Cyprus company?
Order the company's file. The registry report lists the current and previous directors and secretary and the shareholders, and the file includes the underlying HE3 and HE4 officer filings and HE57 share-transfer forms.
Do I need a CyLogin or gov.cy account?
No. ESearchCy carries out the file study at the Registrar through its own registry access. You only need an ESearchCy account and a card to pay the Registrar's €10 fee.
Can I get a certificate of directors, shareholders or good standing?
Yes. Order it from the Certificates page: 4 credits per certificate (6 with express), the four most requested together for 14 credits, the Registrar's fee included, in Greek, English or both. The certificate is issued by the Registrar of Companies and emailed to you as a PDF, usually within one working day. Are the documents certified copies?
No. You receive the documents exactly as the Registrar holds them, as PDFs, for information and due diligence. If you need an official certificate or certified copy, order it separately from the Certificates page; it is issued by the Registrar of Companies and we obtain it for you.
