User Content and Uploaded Data Notice

This notice applies to anything you upload, enter, or submit to the Platform — search queries, company names and numbers, files, documents, text, images, messages to support, and any other data ("User Content"). It forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of User Content. Submit only content that is lawful and, to the best of your knowledge, accurate.
- You must have the right to submit it. By submitting User Content you confirm that you own it or have all necessary rights, licences, and (where it contains personal data of others) a lawful basis to provide it for processing as described here and in the Privacy Notice.
- Do not upload prohibited content, including content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious (e.g. malware); confidential or trade-secret information of third parties without authority; or personal data of third parties that you have no right to share. Do not submit special-category (sensitive) personal data.
2. Licence to us
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and process User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service, to fulfil your orders, and to comply with law. This licence ends when the content is deleted in accordance with the Data Retention and Deletion Notice, subject to backups and legal retention obligations.
3. Processing by service providers
User Content may be processed by third-party providers acting on our behalf where necessary to provide the Service — including hosting (Google Firebase), AI/OCR processing (none — AI features are not currently used), and email delivery (Resend) — under contracts that restrict their use of the data. See the Third-Party Services Notice.
4. Removal and enforcement
We do not generally pre-screen User Content, but we may review, refuse, or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches the Terms, this notice, or applicable law, and may suspend accounts involved. Where practicable we will notify you of removals.
5. Reporting infringing or unlawful content
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights or is unlawful, report it to info@esearchcy.com with sufficient detail for us to assess and locate it. We will review and act as appropriate.
